- $750 deposit required to register for all sessions
- $750 registration fee nonrefundable for cancellations between 10/1/2025 and 02/28/2026
- 35% of camp fee nonrefundable for cancellations between 03/1/2026 and 04/30/2026
- 100% of camp fee nonrefundable for cancellations as of 05/01/2026
